What is Emotional Health?

Emotional health is defined :


‘’By the degree to which you feel
emotionally secure and relaxed inevery
day life ‘’
 An Emotionally healthy person has a
relaxed body, an open mind and an
open heart.

 Emotionally healthy people don't judge
or criticize others. This is because they
have learnt not to judge and criticize
themselves.

 Emotionally healthy people feel safe and


secure with their own emotions and
feelings.

Emotional Quotient:
EQ is a measure of a person's creative
and emotional abilities.
EQ refers to a person's ability to
understand and effectively use her
emotions as a source of energy, self
knowledge, creativity and influence.

self aware and able to handle difficult
emotional experiences.

 Peoplewith high EQ can often better


recognize and control their emotions.

IQ is a measure of a person's logical


reasoning, word knowledge and math
skills.

 Self Awareness is having a clear
perception of your personality ,including
your strengths, weaknesses, thoughts,
beliefs, inspirations and emotions.
 Self awareness is the first step in
creating what you want and mastering
your abilities.
