Customize Style by right click on the Style and then Modify

Other Tools

Use “Paste Special” as a tool to unformat text & “Format Painter” to apply
formatting to other places in the document (which require the same format)

Format Page Layout

Page Setup functions: Customize text direction, adjust margins of the paper,
orientation of the page, page size, and split text into columns
Besides:
“Hyphenation” is used to hyphenate words
“Watermark” to insert watermark into document
“Page color”, “Page borders”, etc.

Alignment Notes

Alignment of text depends on its role in the document: Heading 1, Heading 2,


Heading 3, or normal text, etc.

Sub-paragraph Rules

(1) For sub-paragraph, only Arabic number or small alphabet


can be used.
(2) “Title” is not necessary on sub-paragraph
(3) Sub sub-paragraph cannot be used.

When clicking a picture, choose format tab, then select the default shape of picture or
customize picture shape by clicking the small triangle next to Picture Shape button
