• Rasta Palm Oil started its journey on research for personal and company
advance essentiality. Registered with the Food and Drugs Administration
and the Department of Trade and Industry, under the Intelligence Group.
We are vertically integrated group offering Food Supplement via full-
service distribution and manufacture in the Philippines.

MANUFACTURE
DOCUMENTATION

Manufacturing facility should form a key part of operator training that

should be written in clear, instructional form in the official working
language. Supervisor should confirm by observing and questioning the
presentation operator the instruction and significance of the instruction are
fully understood.
PRODUCTION

• Operation begins step by step to ensure that the work area and equipment
are clean and stress free from any starting material.
• Production Staff should follow the defined and authorized procedures for
each stage of manufacturing process. All personnel should be actively
encouraged at all times during processing, all materials, bulk containers
and major items should be labelled or otherwise identified with an
indication of the product or material being processed.
RAW MATERIALS

• Each raw materials/ingredients should have and be incompliance with the

specifications.

• Any lot of finished product can be related with the deliveries of the
respective raw materials used in the manufacture and with the
corresponding laboratory records. Records must be kept available for
inspection by the competent authorities’ from the period required by
national legislation.
OUR PRODUCT

• Palm oil which is common in African regions was a part of the diet if
indigenous populations. It has become the second most traded oil crop in
the world.
• Also known as Red Pal Oil, contains high amounts of saturated fat,
vitamins and antioxidants.
USES

• Cooking Oil
Its stability makes it easy to store at room temperature for many months as
it is similar to cooking oil.
• Skin Moisturizer
Due to its nutrients dense profile, palm oil is beneficial for skin health.
• Dietary Supplement
Palm oil has a superior nutrients that makes it useful for supplementation.
• Biofuel
It is becoming a resource for biodiesel and as a fuel in electrical stations.

• The tocofrienols found in palm oil also help support the heart against
Stress and properties against Heart Disease.

• Antioxidants in development on skin, stomach, pancreas, lung, liver,

breast, prostate, colon and other cancers. Regular Vitamin E cannot
perform this.
