So D475A-5 needs advantage in environment & operator by model change.

LOW NOISE DESIGN [No1]
 SOUND ABSORBING BLADE
 The sound absorbing blades are installed in front
of the cooling fan to directly absorb the noise
coming out of the fan.
 SIDE COVER WITH AIR DUCT
 The side cover has the inlet air duct lined with
sound absorbing material to cut the noise
radiated through the air inlets for the radiator.
With this duct, air supplied to the radiator is not
heated by the engine and the engine noise is not
directly released.
All the air inlets are installed to the front side so
that the noise level near the operator will be Absorbing blade
further reduced.

LOW NOISE DESIGN [No.2]
 DOUBLE HOOD
 The double hood prevents the engine noise from going out through
its top. It is made similar to the side cover so that the air supplied
through the sides to the radiator will not be heated by the engine.
Since the hood top has additional sound absorbing capacity, less
noise enters the cab through the front window, thus the inside of
the cab is kept extremely quiet.

 Thickness of the door glass is increased from 5mm (0.2'') to 10 mm
(0.4'') to reduce the noise which enters the cab through the door glass.

Air conditioner
 The indoor unit of the air
conditioner is moved from inside
of the dashboard to rear of the
operator's seat. Accordingly,
there are no inlets and outlets of
the air conditioner hoses behind
the dashboard and the engine
compartment is isolated from the
operator's area. In addition, the
fresh air inlet is moved from the
engine compartment to above D475A-5
the fender to reduce the noise
which may enter through the air
inlet.
