Focuses on the students and the teaching learning process.

Carries out better operation and improving the same.

Emphasizes service and represents a portion of the educational system.

They are the people who oversee the day-to-day operations to make
sure that the workers are doing what the management wants them to
do.

They take the orders given by he management and ensure that the
workers are carrying them out.

Relationship between administration and supervision

ADMINISTRATION and SUPERVISION do come together. Both have relationship


because of LEADERSHIP.

ADMINISTRATION and SUPERVISION are interrelated in schools for the sake of


educational effectiveness. Without close interaction between supervisors
and administrators, as well as the actual teachers, the teaching will suffer
and students will fail to learn as much or as well as they would otherwise.

Difference between administration and supervision

ADMINISTRATION is the one who made the rules, guidelines and law of the
specific organization while SUPERVISION is the one who will supervise the
implementation of the rules, guidelines and law that was made by the
administration.
