The goal of this activity are as follows:

• Let each person who is hired know that we are happy to have him or her as
an employee and colleague.
• Provide all new employees with all the information they need.

answers, and discuss concerns openly with supervisors, Human Resources

Quality and Safety Measure
In manufacturing, quality and safety measure ensure customers receive products free from detects and safety their
needs but can put them at risk when done the wrong way. Below are the company’s specific guidelines:

Production
• Raw materials must come from legal suppliers only
• Only skilled staff will be hired.
• Machinery and other equipment must be checked to maintain and prolong the machine’s lifespan.
• Working station must be kept clean and organized.
• Monthly inspection
Store
• Fire extinguisher must be placed inside the store.
• CCTV must be installed inside and outside the store.
• Staff must be presentable.
• The food display in the store must keep clean and organized.

Website
• Always check the private message or emails of the retailer at seller.
• Always reply to all questions or inquiries about Happy Spaghetti in all accounts.
• Install a strong antivirus program.
