products, promote healthy and sustainable alternative lifestyle
choices and fosters social and environmental activism to its

 DEFINITION OF
BAKESHOP
A Bakery is also called BAKER’S SHOP or BAKESHOP is an
establishment that produces and sells flour based food
baked in an oven such as Bread, Cookies, Cakes, Pastries
and Pies. Some retail bakeries are also café’s serving
coffee and tea to customer who wish to consume the
baked goods on the premises.

The first Bakeshop was established in 1442 in Germany.

The art of baking was developed early during Roman
Empire to introduced as an occupation and respectable
profession for Romans
A bakeshop has so many types of bread like brea rolls ,
flatbreads, doughnuts, muffins and etc.

A bakery was established to provide good quality of breads

to consume of consumers and also it will give others a job.
Bread was also a replacement to a rice.

There are some goods bakeries that offer good quality of

bread like German bakery Givat Shaul Jerusalem. We have
also offer a good quality of bread on of that of Goldilocks.
That definitely is the number one bakery here in the
Philippines and the Red Ribbon.

different delicacies such as, sweet buko pie , super

Victorias City near the public plaza. J & R Cubed have
many equipments & tools to bake a bread & cakes. It
has good ambians & refreshing bakeshop. It has an

110g softened butter
110g golden caster sugar
2 large eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
110g self-raising flour
For the buttercream
150g softened butter
300g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
food colouring paste of your
choice (optional)

FLAKY PIE CRUST
3 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups lard,chilled
6 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
or vinegar

PIE FILLING

Buko pie with tender young coconut 1/3 cup cornstarch

Meat in a creamy filling and crisp, 1/2 cup coconut water
buttery Pastry crust. This Filipino 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
coconut pie is perfect for a snack or dessert 3/4 cup sugar
4 cups young coconut

1 small egg
1 tablespoon milk
 PIAYA Piaya Recipe
1 cup all purpose flour, more
for dusting work surface
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, cold and
cubed
5 tablespoons ice water
1/4 cup muscovado sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Piaya or piyaya [pee-yah-yah] are Visayan

flatbreads filled with muscovado
sugar — unrefined cane sugar. The flatbread
is popular in Bacolod, in Negros, where
most of the sugar in the Philippines

such as super thin piaya, loaf, cheesy pan, pandesal, sweet
buko pie and salt barquillos. Pandesal and load bread are
both similar because they are using flour anf the difference
between pandesal and loaf, Pandesal has a oval sahape while
the loaf bread has rectangular shape.
