• Ownership – DM well versed about the program but depends on CMHO on day to day feedback
and review. CMHO: knows well about the status of the program, minimum field visits and only
limited to evening review meeting. RCHO : No visible involvement despite our request for joint
visits/ supervision. Totally depending of Nodal officer Dr R C Yadav for information and feedback.
• Tracking from district :
A. Minimal involvements/ Field visits by other DLOs
B. No involvement/supervision from other departments (Education/ ICDS etc.)
C. Tracking of the schools with refusal/ unsatisfactory coverage not done from District/ Block
level.
D District Core Group meeting not happening regularly.
• Men power position and deployment in required areas : No exact men power planning
( vaccinator / Mobilizers)
• IEC distribution: IEC distribution not done as per guidelines. Display of IEC is poor and not as per
protocol. Information cards not distributed in most of the schools, many schools did not have
prior information/ microplan shared before the session.
• Vaccination Certificates distributed to all irrespective of immunization status
• Many nursing students working as vaccinators are not trained up to the mark, doing wrong
injection practice.
