1.) How do you manage the safe use of construction
equipment?
I have been specially trained in the use of tools an equipment
that is used n a laborer’s work. I can read manuals and ensure that I
read and re-read safety instructions before I use a new tool or
equipment.

2.) Have you ever been injured on the job? Can you describe what
you would do differently if you found yourself in a similar situation?
There was a time when I thought that I could apply cement at
500 feet above the ground without wearing a harness. I fell to the
floor and injured my back and was incapacitated for three months.
The next few times I have had to work at that height. I have never
ignored wearing a harness
3.) Did you face an accident while at work?

Yes! Sometimes when im not wearing those PPE like

gloves, I always got scarf on my hands. Every workers should
always use/wear ppe even in not malaking gawain
