Definition
 Definition of changes
Change that is referring to a happening something
different from before (Jeff Davidson).

Change management is an effort generated to manage
the consequences of changes in the organization. change
management is a systematic process of applying the
knowledge, tools and resources necessary to influence
changes in people who will be affected by the change
(Wibowo, 2006 : 36)
