1) Open browser
2) Log into IBM Prof Marketplace at https://w3-01.sso.ibm.com/services/tools/marketplace/displayMyHoursPlan.wss or go to https://w3.ibm.com/
3) Click on the Professional Marketplace
4) Click on the My Hour Plan tab on the top.

There will be four buttons which is displayed on the screen in Hours Plan. Click on the " request ad hoc hours plan" button. This will enable the edit mode
where you can add/edit assignments.
Click on create productive
Reservation in order to add
assignment

•If there are no assignments displayed on the tool, then you have to create one and fill in all the details of your project.
1.Click on the Create Productive Reservation
Type your Project name

Type your ILC Claim

Description

1.Click the Search Client button and type in the name of your client name then click the GO button. Find the closest client name and click on that
client name
2.Choose the project name from the dropdown list. If you are not sure or non of them matches your project then choose the option New Project
then key in the Project name in the Textbox just below the Project name dropdown.
3.Enter your Claim ID i.e. The Account ID that is in the ILC.(First Column on the left in your ILC) or refer the sheet enclosed in the mail
4.Select the Control group
5.Update the Project description field and Remarks field can be left blank..
6.Choose the Contract owner, Sector and Industry - Choose what you think is the closest and these can be edit later also.
Choose any date in

1.The Start and End dates are not specified then the Start date would be the projects start date/your project joining date and the end
date update it with 1 year from today.
2.By Default the Project Hours Per Week is 40, If you claim more than that on ILC then please update it. Note: It should not be more
than 40 hours per week.
3.Un-check the Out of Town if checked.
4.Then submit this Add screen.
•Then again submit it on the main page.
