PREPARE TOOL
Display castlet and analog
meter

Setting Tr-Rec by Castlet
1. Select manual mode from the selector switch
2. Use password for open menu castlet
3. Turn-on the Tr-Rec
4. select continues parameter on menu then choose program
no. 10
5. Wait for 3-5 minutes
6. Setting primary current on analog meter up to 300A by keypad
(on the manual setting menu)
7. Select meter calibration then designation set Vp Ip on the
caslet display to suit with analog meters.
8. For Is and Vs, it’s must measuring level voltage from the sensor
on TR-REC control panel.

9. Adjust the Vs and Is with the display parameter on castlet.
Then adjust the display castlet with analog meter.
Setting Tr-Rec by Castlet

9. Choose continues parameter then setting Is to be


1600 mA.
10. Select manual menu, then change manual setting
to be auto
11. Stop the Tr-Rec, then back to main menu
12. Start again the Tr-Rec
13. Change program number from no.10 to be no.5
14. If needed, adjust again parameter of Vp, Ip, Vs
and Is between display of castlet and the analog
meter.
15. Finish
