founded in 2014, is a Romanian
company in full expansion on the
national construction market.

cu functiunea de spatii comerciale, birouri, spatii tehnice si depozitare, peste 3. 500 .000 €
inlocuirea firmei luminoase si a totemului publicitar pentru constructia situata in
jud. Ilfov, oras Voluntari, str. Scolii nr.7
Pe langa categoriile de lucrari de finisaje:
 - lucrari de zidarie si compartimentari interioare din gips carton ( Hmax=8m);
- lucrari de hidroizolatii
- montaj gresie si faianta
- zugraveli lavabile
- lucrari sarpanta;
- montaj tamplariei ;
- reparatii acoperis;
- refacerea instalatiiore sanitare, electrice, de curenti slabi, ventilatie,
climatizare, desfumare, compensare, presurizare, termice, stingere incendiu,
lucrari de imprejmuire si executie bransament gaze,
se vor executa si lucrari pentru extinderea cladirii ce se va realiza in 2
zone, respectiv in Sud-Vestul si Nord-Estul cladirii existente, ocupand doar
platforme betonate care foloseau la depozitarea marfurilor si zone de manevra
si descarcare pentru aprovizionare. In plus se va insera un planseu
intermediar intre axele 12-14, A-E, avand cota de calcare +3,53m fata de cota
Parterului. Spatiul de birouri de la etajul 2 se va reconfigura, rezultand un
spatiu deschis, ce va fi folosit pentru depozitarea marfurilor
