The document discusses the application of Henri Fayol's 14 principles of management at Legend Financial and Tax Advisers (LFTA), an accountancy firm. It provides examples of how some of the principles like division of work, authority, discipline, unity of command, and centralization are currently implemented at LFTA. It also suggests some areas where LFTA can improve the implementation of principles like changing the division of work to be client-based instead of task-based. The document was submitted by a group of students for their management principles assignment.
