● The theory that holds that

one's culture. That is, whether an
action is right or wrong depends on
the moral norms of the society
in which it is practiced

UTILITARIANISM
● The best action is the one that
leads to he greatest amount of
happiness for the greatest
number of people

CORPORATE BEHAVIOR
Corporate behavior involves legal rules, ethical code of conduct ,
and social responsibility principles. When corporation acts ethically
and socially responsibly in its business decisions and strategic planning
then that corporation will be more sustainable.

There are many benefits claimed for being perceived as having a good
corporate reputation.
