Problem Statement: Based on Reading activities administered by the Filipino
Teachers, there are pupils identified as slow readers and poor
readers.
Project Objective To enhance the reading skills of the slow readers and poor

skills, lack of family support for reading interventions.

Project Title: KAMAG-ARAL KO, SAGOT KO


Problem Statement: Maligaya ES conducted an Initial Oral Reading Test at the
beginning of the school year and results showed that a total of 2
pupils from all grade level are slow and poor readers.
Project Objective To reduce the number of slow and poor readers and to make the

Problem Based from the gathered data of Nutritional Status Report
Statement: (baseline) 21 out of 129 pupils belong to Severely Wasted
and Wasted status.
Project Objective To lessen the number of pupils whose status are identified
Statement: as Severely Wasted and Wasted by at least 75% for the SY
2016-2017.
Root Cause: Poverty and Unemployment of Parent/Guardian.
