Freedom

Spicy Speech Associates is different than many other places of


work for speech pathologists. We value the freedom our
employees have, which includes the ability to have longer,
individual therapy sessions with your clients, being able to
create individualized therapy plans that cater more personally

Longer,
Individual
Sessions
We value the fact that our clients have longer, individual sessions
with their therapists. If you were working in a school, or even a
nursing home, you would have a very limited time frame to work

more than one patient at a time. Also, because of these individual
sessions, you have an opportunity to develop a relationship a more
one on one relationship with your client, as well as their family

Individualized
Therapy Plans
Another benefit of working at Spicy Speech Associates is
the idea of creating more individuals therapy plans. You
have the freedom to do what you believe is more
beneficial for your patients, which calls for faster progress
because of the more one on one therapy time. Also, if your

requirements of a school systems, which is extremely
beneficial for their progress.

In Home
Therapy

Therapists at Spicy Speech Associates also have


the opportunity to participate in home bound
therapy. This allows for our therapists to work
with patients who may be more comfortable in

unable to travel to our office, which may not be
possible at other places of work.

At our clinic our hourly wage is
$46.00 per hour, more than the
national average of $37.26. We aim
on giving you deserve for the work
that we do.

 We do provide bonuses if you
choose to mentor an
undergraduate or graduate
student more than 10 hours a
week.
Salary  We also provide holiday
bonuses to help prepare for
the oncoming gift giving
season

internships and shadowing for upcoming
speech pathologists.
 Not only do we want the best for
our clinicians but also for future clinicians.
 By providing a paid internship, we allow
students to get personal, hands on experience
Internships that you cannot get in the classroom.
 By being paired with a clinician and working
beside them daily, interns have the ability to
bond with patients and speech pathologists.
 Interns get hands on experiences with the
