Key Points
• Students need to provide their personal email IDs while filling in their personal information.
• After filling in all the relevant information in the Personal details, they will need to upload a CV, Declare, review
and submit the form.
• Students will then get a link to the Strengths assessment to their personal email ID that was mentioned in the
form.
• All students will receive a link to the Strengths test (we are providing a time limit of 20 – 25 mins to complete
Strengths test- you need to time them)
• Students will receive an email with a report upon completion of strengths test and a link to the TalentQ
assessments (first test will be the logical reasoning test followed by numerical test). Link to logical test might
take sometime, about 15 mins max of waiting time.
• My recommendation is for students to complete the practice test first and then on with the actual assessments.
• As soon as candidates complete the logical, they should receive a report which will have their marks
mentioned there.
• Students who score more than the cut-off will proceed to the next round and students who score less than the
cut-off will receive an email mentioning they didn’t pass.
• Student who pass logical will receive a link to the numerical test, this email will also include practice sessions
followed by the actual test.
• Once they finish the numerical, they can check their report which comes to the same email IDs that was
mentioned.
• If they have cleared the numerical threshold they will proceed to the coding test, followed by GD and technical
interview.
• The GD has 4 briefings and each candidate to be given one briefing, they will have 5 mins to read and 20 mins
to discuss amongst themselves, which is when the panel (one HRBP and one business person) will have to
start scoring them basis the key points mentioned in the assessor report.
• The shortlisted ones will be decided basis their scoring and will move onto the Technical Interview Document Title 11

• If the candidates face any technical issue, please let us know and we can check from our end.
• The candidates may face technical issue as soon as they register as a new user
• All they need to do is, go to the apply now page and apply again with the same user name and password and
click on login
• students should not repeatedly mention wrong passwords as this will lock them off and they will not be able to
unlock it on their own
• If the candidates miss mentioning anything on their personal tab and click back to do the same, the diversity
page attached below will have to be filled again, as that will automatically clear the information if you click go
back on this page. FYI.
