Analysis
• The problem occurs because Sammy was stuck to
his business plan and didn’t bother or open for
any possible changes. He became complacent.
He did not anticipate the possible competitor and
a possibility of losing costumer because he
believed that he is the only repair shop who
offered maintenance of electronic installation for
new model of cars, three years ago. Sammy
didn’t consider the rapid changes happening in
the society that may affect his business. Because
of being insensible in that changes and too much
relying on his original business plan, Sammy is
now suffering of losing clients over to his
competitor.
Recommendation
• The group highly recommends ACA 3 Re-
designing of Strategic Plan, maybe it is the
time for Sammy to modified his strategy on
rendering services. This plan may come up
into engaging new trainings for him and his
employees to improve the service that they
have. The main goal for this plan is to gain
competitive advantage.
