Points to remember

 A good presentation should be crisp and to the point.


 Avoid writing paragraphs, make use of images, figures,
graphs, pie – charts, bar charts to convey the results
and observation
 Highlight major and critical observations in table
having large data or figures with significant details
 Make your slides compact preferably having a uniform
font size, justified and with proper superscripts and
subscripts wherever necessary.
 Avoid using flashy templates, font colours; keep
templates simple and vivid. Each slide should be
numbered.

• Show the procedure or plan formulated by you to achieve the
objectives. Use flowchart is possible.
• List the experimental program
• Any analytical tool that will be used during the Project
• The methodology should clearly depict the entire sequence of
events or activities that will be undertaken to achieve the
objectives
• If methodology involves use of equations then write them
rather than copy. No. each equation or if taken from elsewhere
should be provided with reference.
• All figures should have a Fig. no. and caption.
WORK PROGRESS
• Mention any results or fabrication or analysis
that have been carried out till mid – sem.
