social media quite well, starting with promotion, quizzes, product and

to attract the attention of social media users.

done by natural setting not made up or intervened. Therefore data collection method used include interviews, making field
notes, documentation and observation. Data analysis was perfomed not only by dissecting the data asa an object but needs to
be explored more deeply with relate it to experiences from involvement. By using analytical method, data analysis will more
comprehensive
(Guest,Namey, & Mitchell,2013).
They have to fulfil the needs to make several types of content, such as
content that makes people want to comment, educational content,
entertaining content, inspirational content and even content in the form of
promotions or quizzes with prizes. The types of content are the types that
have been successfully carried out by major e-commerce companies in
Indonesia to attracting social media users into their communities. This
community becomes very important because of this existence, any
information they have can be more easily conveyed, even spread to each
audience targets.

in the way of success to built community. Other parameters that must be considered are creating
good content, content creation must be able to build a high value of Engagement, so that the
community that has been exist can continue to grow and any information will be easier to spread and
of course this can be useful to increasing the number of consumers from products offered.
addition to analyzing the Brand Community in the E-Commerce industry, it is also necessary to
analyze the matter of how Campaigns made on social media can succeed and increase the ROI (Return
On Investment) of the E-Commerce. The existence of the community becomes very important because
with the existence of the community, every information provided by each brand will be more
easily conveyed, even spread to each audience targets.
