 DIRECTOR
1. In charge of all creative aspects of the show
2. Will work with the production staff and designers
to make sure that designs fit the vision of the
show
3. Will supervise the rehearsals and blockings
4. Will give note to the performers based their
performance during rehearsal
5. Will motivate the whole team.
 PRODUCERS
1. Develop budget for the entire production that
include all the fees and expenses.
2. Develop and maintain overall production
schedules
3. Arrange rehearsal space and production
meetings
4. Secure performance space for production
 STAGE MANAGERS
1. Schedule all rehearsals
2. Attend all rehearsals to take note of sudden
changes
3. Make sure that actors are at rehearsals on time
4. Distribute script to all cast members
5. Organizes all things in back stage
6. Makes the final decision during production
 CHOREOGRAPHERS
1. Meet with the director to brainstorm ideas
2. Designs routine for a variety of performance that
will compliment the story
3. Attend audition to help select qualified
performers
4. Demonstrate routines and movement
 PERFORMERS
1. Follow the directions given by the artistic director
and choreographer
2. Attend rehearsals on time as per schedule
3. Execute what has been rehearsed
4. Know to adlib and adjust
 TECHNICAL MANAGERS
1. Surveys performance space for technical
production elements
2. Consultant for technical issues
3. Develop light design
4. Develop sound design
5. Develop set design
6. Designate Costume, Lights, Sounds and Set
Design Managers
 PR MANAGERS
1. Advertise the show and auditions
2. Organize social functions
3. Create communications
4. Answers question when asked
5. Disseminate information to every members when
information is given by the director
