INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES
Goal Setting is an important part of what makes our company
successful, and creating clear goals is the first step to ensure you
achieve success in your role. At the start of each fiscal year, all
employees are required to participate in the Performance
Development Review (PDR) process.

The following course content will provide you with and


understanding of Performance Goals and Development Goals
and how they differ. This course will also provide you with
guidance to make your goals clear by using the SMART Goals
model. When you are done, you will be able to effectively
complete the Goal Planning phase of the PDR process.
