the planet. Since the electrical requirements of each country are not necessarily the same,
we first analyze the need of each country and then tailor our offerings to the local markets.
This practice has given us a rich experience of serving each region; thus equipping us for

Today, our facilities can be found in over 90 countries, and our products are sold in nearly
180. We are constantly discovering new ways to service each region.
Industry consists of following
departments namely.
• Assembly Department.
• Wiring Department.
• Testing Department.
• Heat Run Area.
• Packaging Department.
• Maintenance Department.
• In that Heat Run Area, UPS are testing at
High Voltage .
• 12 UPS arrange at a Time for testing.
• There are 3 Inputs given ,
4 UPS connected in series that has only
1 input.
• UPS testing at Max. Voltage in Heat RUN
Area About max 2 Hours.
• We use relay timer switch to
automatically stop heat run area.
JOBS Undertaking During Work Period.

• Observe all departments and their works during Our

Work period.
• UPS has Undergone through three departments.
1)Assembly Department
2)Wiring Department
3) Testing Department.
• In Testing Department, I have done all three types of
UPS Testing.
1) Safety Test : In That UPS undergone through
Grounding and Hi-pot Test.
2) Static Test: UPS have gone through half voltage test.
3)Performance Test : UPS have gone through Full
Voltage Test in that heat run process also include in that
test.
TRAINING SUMMARY
• The Days of internship and Project in Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems
Pvt Ltd at Sinnar, Maharashtra has been great experience for Us to gain
knowledge and learn some industrial tactics and management skill.
• It helped tackle our problem arriving in Industry and We gained skills to work
effectively and efficiently. Our objective was to gain experience in the
organization so as to make our confident in future career.
• We was placed in maintainance department under Mr. Santosh Dhumade Sir,
and aim was to get me ingage in the faulty product work so as to improve our
electronics skill and to provide help to the department.
CONCLUSION

Through Serving on humanity is not only a person's

responsibility but also of community. And this community
comprises of all the members starting from the very fastof
disposalof quality products No work is pinnless rather the
knowledge it keeps in, internship at any working area is a
great experience in itself. We Would like to thank Novateur
Electrical & Digital Systems Pvt Ltd for allowing us to take
group project in the industry. It make us confident towards
our future.
