 a multi-purpose convention center that caters to MICE
(meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) and
banqueting - established in 2012.

 was located at Setia Alam, Shah Alam

 SCCC was built on the 10.5 acres of land and has two levels
of building on it. It was fronts the central city park and is
adjacent to Setia City Mall

 Strategically located in the heart of Setia Alam Township and

easily accessed through the New Klang Valley Expressway
(NKVE) and Setia Alam Highway - 40 minutes from Kuala
Lumpur City Centre and Malaysia's International Airport

WEAKNESS
 I . Lack of available space/dates during peak seasons and for short term events.
During the peak hour such as school holiday, there are so many people want to run a
solemnization ceremony. SCCC only has 1 grand ballroom, so that the client must to
compete with the other client to book the grand ballroom.

 II . Lack of ability to meet and feed larger groups in one room due to limited meeting
and function space.
There is some of function room that only provided 50 seating at time. Its mean that the
larger groups cannot make their meeting or function there since the space is limited.

 III . Fee for Parking and Parking not available

Even though the fee for parking is only rm3 per entry, not all the tourists are willing to
pay that rm3 for parking. There are 1100 lots of parking is not available to delegates.
