Want to Save Tax

 The Financial Year is heading towards the End by 31st


March 2020.
 All you need to plan to Save to reduce your tax
liability by submitting investment proofs.
(Investments made during Current Financial Yea i.e.
2019-20)
 Follow the steps given in the document in order to
have smooth workflow of submission and verification
of Document process.
To do List
 Keep the Scanned copies of the investment proofs ready.
 Create a Batch to include them. Each Batch can be
contained with max 35 entries
 The Document size should not be more than 1mb (per
document)
 Permitted File Format formats: .jpg, .png, .bmp, .gif,
.jpeg, .pdf, .rar, .zip
 The File name should not contain any Special
Characters
 File should be without any password protection.
 Mandatory fields needs to be filled in
 Please verify and confirm your PAN before updating
your Investments

 Mandatory to provide Landlord's PAN details in case total
Rent paid amount for the year is Rs.1 lakh or in excess of
the same. In case of multiple landlords please provide
details with month-wise bifurcations.
 Submission of Form 26 QC is mandatory in case your rent
amount paid per month is more than Rs.50,000/=.
 Mandatory to provide Home Loan Certificate clearly
containing - Lender's Name, PAN Details of Lender, Date of
Loan, amount of Home Loan, bifurcation of repayment of
Principal, Interest and Pre EMI Interest, if any in order to
avail home loan benefits. Loan Statements/ Bank
Statement provided would not be considered for
Verification.
How to begin ?
 Login through individual Login Credentials.
 Select Tab “Investment” from menu bar.
 Select Investment type (the complete details of the
investment type, the Income Tax Section, The max. and
min. amount which can be invested, it’s exemption limits,
etc. are available in a panel below the Investment type.
 Enter value of the investment made and fill in all
mandatory fields.
 Upload scanned documents (proof of investment, one pdf
file can have multiple pages scanned).
 Make changes, if required (addition/deletion/edit).
 Save the batch once entries are completed and documents
uploaded.
 Download Form 12BB.
Login to ESS with User Credentials & Password

Click here to
enter Company
code, Employee
Code and
Password to
Login
Select Investment Tab to move on …

Click on Investment
View of the Landing Page of Investment
Select Type of Investment from drop down list…
Once you have clicked on “Submit Batch” , No further
corrections can be done.

Click on Submit Batch

limits, the documents required are given here.
Upon Final Submission of a Batch, Please sign Digitally
"I agree & confirm the above declaration”
Once the Batch is signed the Form 12BB is generated by the
System as confirmation of Final submission of a Batch.
One can view the Status of a Batch upon Submission as
“Received” for further process of Verification.
