Background
pZeroNominalPUSCH is defined as the received power
target at the eNodeB. Physical Uplink Shared Channel
(PUSCH) is the uplink counterpart to the PDSCH. There is at
most one PUSCH per uplink component carrier per terminal

Setting Pzeronominal at lower value :

Pros:
• Less UE Tx power required (Battery life saving)
• Less Inter – Cell Interference created
• Possible Throughput improvement for dense urban
area (suitable for Kalimantan network)
Cons:
• Possible lower throughput for user closed to site
Proposal new value for Pzeronominal:
Pzeronominal PUSCH from -80 to -100
Pzeronominal PUCCH from -96 to -115
