 The mission of ABC Automobile Company is to
focus on invention, positive practices, corporate
responsibility; the sum total of which we believe,

1960, with the main objective of bringing
economical cars into the homes of millions of
Indians.

 9 hours daily Monday to Saturday(10.30 to
7.30) with a half hour lunch break
 Daily sign in and sign out on the biometric
attendance machine
 Every 4th instance of late coming will result in
CL/LWP deduction
 A maximum of 3 half days maybe taken in a
month (minimum of 5 hours to be clocked)
subject to approval by reporting head
 The calendar year of April to March to be
followed
 Leave to be approved by the reporting head
 Comp off will be given if working on National
Holidays and on any other holiday subject to
reporting head’s discretion
 Yearly Holidays of 10 - 3 national and 7
regional
 Casual Leave – 12 in a year. Lapse at the end of the
year. Min ½ and maximum 3 consecutive.
 Earned Leave – 12 in a year. Maybe carried forward to
a maximum of 40. Maximum of 14 consecutive leaves
maybe availed. Encashment on separation
 Sick Leave – 10 in a year. To be supported by a
medical certificate
 Maternity & Paternity Leave – ML- 12 weeks(pre &
post delivery). PL- 5 working days within 30 days of
delivery
 Leave Without Pay – Prolonged leave due to illness or
higher studies, subject to approval by the reporting
head
 Policy – 1st Appraisal after one year from the
DOJ. Subsequent appraisal on a quarterly
basis

 Process – Discuss Goals, KRAs and fill and


submit self appraisal form and submit to
manager. Manager will evaluate and give final
rating. Compensation & Promotions will be
based on this and company guidelines
 Need based subject to approval from
manager.
 Maximum Allowance:

Allowance On Actuals 2000/- 1500/- 700/- 500/- 300/-
 Policy – Travelling within the city on official
work. Conveyance entitlement according to
band. Check the manual.
 Guidelines – If own vehicle is used, Fuel
reimbursement @ Rs10/km for a 4 wheeler
and @ Rs 2.5/km for a 2 wheeler.
Reimbursement as per Expense
Reimbursement Policy.
 Transportation – Employees may avail of the
company bus. Details maybe obtained from
Admin.
 Training schedule to be obtained from reporting
head. The training will not be conducted during
normal working hours
