4. FAKTOR YANG MENYEBABKAN KETIDAKTERCAPAIAN PRODUKSI
Secara umum ada bebrapa faktor yang memyebabkan tidak tercapainya produksi dalam hal ini yang menjadi sorotan

Management Pekerjaan yang dimaksud adalah
1. Melakukan Job Pending
2. Pekerjaan dilakukan secara effective dengan penggunaan HM yang Efisien.
C. KESIMPULAN

1. Tidak ada pekerjaan disemeru rehab, unit hauler sharing ke Pit A Rehab Paket C, Namun di akhir bulan
November semua unit di kerahkan untuk pengerjaan Semeru Rehab
2. Target Topsoil rehandle 112,538 m3 dan tercapai 207,896 m3 kelebihan 95,5380 m3
3. Perkiraan produksi yang hilang adalah:
- Perkiraan produksi yang hilang akibat hujan adalah 21,120 m3
- Perkiraan produksi yang hilang akibat breakdown hauler ADT adalah 38,640 m3
- Total Perkiraan produksi yang hilang adalah 59,760m3
4. Prgres pekerjaan sampai bulan November 2018 adalah :
- Semeru Rehab = 43.43%
- Pit A Rehab Paket C = 33.18%
