SUMMARY
The main purpose of this study is to know the perception of the students
of Rosemont Hills Montessori College towards leadership.
FINDINGS
■ Findings from the study revealed that the students of Rosemont Hills
Montessori College have different perceptions towards leadership and
defined what leadership means to them.
■ Majority of the participants that have experienced being a leader mentioned
what are the characteristics of a leader and a leaders’ responsibility.
FINDINGS

■ Some students that claimed that did not experienced being a leader have
troubles if they will be a good leader.
■ In addition, the respondents answered who are their role model as a leader
and stated the reasons why they choose them as role models.
CONCLUSION

The researchers arrived to the conclusion that the respondents


have different perceptions of leadership, have different definitions and
situations when leadership is most needed.
