2. Soft copy (Movie Clip) of the totality of GPP Project implementation.
Note: Running Time: 3 – 5 minutes
3. Entry form signed/endorsed by the PSDS through letter of Intent.
DISTRICT OFFICIAL ENTRY:
1. Only one official entry in the division search per district. There is no Field / School
Evaluation by the Division GPP Task Force except during validation phase of the
finalists as a result of presentation and deliberation phase.

December 2018 – 2nd week of January 2019
PHASE 2 – Preparation of Documents of District Winner
3rd week of January 2019
PHASE 3 – Submission and Presentation of Documents to Division GPP
Task Force / Evaluators through Panel Interview and Deliberation
(Elimination / Short Listing) – 4th week of January to 3rd week February 2019
PHASE 4 – Field Validation (Finalists) - 4th week February to March 2019
PHASE 5 – Finalization of Results
