10 JUDO ORTHOPEDIC INJURIES


1. ACL Injury
Prevention/1st Aid/Prognosis

 Stay off heels  Immediate swelling and


 Quad strength pain.
 Flexible Hamstrings  If deformed, excruciating
pain go to ER.
 No deformity: Ice/Elevate,

4. AC Separation
Prevention
