• bed and breakfast = a room to sleep in for the night and a morning meal
• campsite /ˈkæmpsaɪt/ = a place where people who are on holiday can stay
in tents
• hotel = a building where you pay to have a room to sleep in, and where you
can eat meals
• villa /ˈvɪlə/ = a house usually in the countryside or near the sea
• youth hostel /'hɔstəl/ = a place where people can stay cheaply when they
are travelling
• guest /gest/ house = a small cheap hotel
• caravan /ˈkærəvæn/ = a vehicle that a car can pull and in which people can
live and sleep when they are on holiday
