FIBERHOME is aware of the importance of
providing a healthy, safe and adequate work
environment for those working in the
Organization, preserving and protecting the
health of its workers and eliminating any
possibility of substance use that may alter the
good performance of workers or that are the
cause of accidents and / or damage to the
people and goods of the company or its
customers, decides to implement the
Occupational Health and Safety Management
System under the guidelines of the following
Policies:
 Health and Safety at Work Policy.
 No Alcohol, Drugs or Tobacco
Consumption Policy.
WORK SAFETY AND
HEALTH POLICY
FIBERHOME establishes within its priorities the implementation of the
SG-SST which seeks continuous improvement and a commitment to the
execution of the following activities :

1. Act according with Colombian laws


about SST

2. Identify the hazards, evaluate and


assess the risks and establish the
respective controls in order to minimize the
risks that cause accidents at work and
occupational diseases.
3. Continuously seek to improve the
performance of the Occupational Health and
Safety Management System SGSST

4. Encourage the participation of all levels of the


organization to carry out promotion and prevention
activities, and ensure that all persons involved in
FIBERHOME activities work in total safety.

5. Designate those responsible and allocate the


necessary human, physical and financial
resources for the management of Safety and
Health at Work.
INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES

• Comply with the guidelines established by the company regarding Occupational


Health and Safety, in order to carry out a safe and productive work.
• Participate in scheduled activities within the Occupational Health and Safety
Management System.
• Timely Report:
• Unsafe Acts and Conditions
• Healthy conditions
• Incidents and / or Labor Accidents
• Keep the job in perfect order and cleanliness.
• Use the Personal Protection Elements as provided for each area.
NON-CONSUMPTION POLICY OF
ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR TOBACCO
It is important that all workers recognize this threat and undertake to minimize the risks that the
consumption of these substances may represent.

OUR COMMITMENT

 Promote and disseminate safety information related to accidents caused by the consumption of
alcoholic beverages, drugs or other narcotic drugs.

 Educate workers with the theme of alcohol and drug use, through training actions.

 Promote activities and campaigns associated with healthy living.


INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES

 It is prohibited to consume, promote or market alcoholic beverages,


hallucinogenic substances, illicit drugs, or the use of any controlled
psychotropic or chemical substance in the workplace

 It is forbidden for workers to report to work while intoxicated or under the


influence of narcotics or unnerving drugs.

Any employee who fails to comply with the provisions of this Policy, even if it is for
the first time, will be subject to disciplinary measures that can range from a sanction
to dismissal for just cause.

WORK ACCIDENT

INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY

In case of an accident:
Inform the immediate boss and the Person in charge of the SG-SST
Emergency Team provides first aid
Fill out the FURAT, direct the injured person to the nearest clinic
