• Must be Irish company.
• Must be member of the EU.
• Must be physical product.

• Report format.
• Secondary research only, no primary
research is required.
• Minimum 25 references.
• College guidelines for Harvard referencing to be
followed.

Secondary Research

• Secondary research is the summary,


collation and synthesis of existing research
• Often takes the form of ‘desk research’
• Research reports, journals, statistics from
organisations and governments are all
secondary research

• Only One report per group must be uploaded to


Moodle and Turnitin.

• The report must be structured correctly and


written in a formal style of English.

Plagiarism

• One of the greatest academic crimes,


plagiarism.
• Plagiarism is considered an act of fraud
• Any plagiarised text will invoke immediate
implementation of college policy.
• Reference often and properly.

• The Report must include a signed statement


detailing what part each Team Member
contributed to the report and project.

strategy, it’s products and markets in the
relevant appendix.
