 Introduction
• If any one wants to visit tourism places for vacation or holiday
trip with their family or friends etc.
• In that situation people wants everything from his/her place
only why because of their works or any health issues and also
travel managers also can’t produce that much of curiosity to
visit passengers place & give the information about their
agency
 Abstract
• A time taking process along with cost-consumption. To
overcome this process, we are developing Travels & Tourism
Management System. It is web application and it developed
by the Java Technology. By using this application, we can book
the tickets by using which route is sufficient for the people
and also choose the sufficient cost provided agency among
number of agencies
 Existing System

• Now a day’s anybody want to book their tickets like

flight, bus, car and rooms, they go & approach some
travel agency offices. At that time, we are losing the
time and cost Regarding their agency rules the
package was fixed.
 Disadvantages
• Time consumption is more.
• More cost ,its based on agencies
 Proposed System
• we can develop the Travel & Tourism Management System
through online at time in one application only.
• It saves our time and price. We can booking tickets for more
than one trip along with different routes whatever we choose,
if any situation you need not go for trip or you wants to cancel
tickets that also possible in this application.

• Cancellation of tickets is possible by using this
application.

Modules Description

• Travels Module: Admin will add various travel agencies by using this
functionality.
• Routes Module: Using this functionality admin will add, delete, view or
update routes which consist of pickup point, source and destination.
• Reservation Module: using this module admin can see booking request
and accept or reject booking.
• Testimonial Module: Using this module admin can read
complaints/opinion from users.
• Users Modules
• Reservation Module: using this module user can see available routes and
can book or cancel a ticket.
• Testimonial Module: Using these module users can post complaint or
opinion to admin.
• View/Cancel Module: Using these module users can see the status of
booking and cancel the booking
