Introduction-
• Chandan Parab Designs is a leading Architectural & Interior Designing firm
in Goa, having market presence for 18 years.
• CPD has designed a number of Hotels, Resorts and Holiday Homes in Goa.

Chandan Parab graduated from the Goa College of Architecture, in March 1998.
At Mumbai, He started his career with an American Architectural Firm Bent
Severin & Associates where he worked on various prestigious projects like The
Goa Marriott Resort ,a bungalow for Noel Tata and other one for Yash Birla.

Later he worked with Architect Dean D’Cruz in Goa.

He received a Scholarship from Fundacao Orient and went to Portugal to undergo
training at IPPAR (Department of Renovation & Conservation, Govt of Portugal).

With his Architectural dreams founded on ,the Philosophy nurtured through years
of learning and working with the best in the field, he established his firm Chandan
Parab Designs at Mapusa in 2001. Besides designing Beach Side Villas, Goan-
Portuguese style Holiday Homes & Boutique Resorts the firm also undertakes
Interior Designing, Heritage Restorations, Landscape Designing and consultancy
for all necessary aspects of Construction and Service

• Chandan has also published various articles on Goan Architecture in Homes &
Estates Magazine – one of Goa’s biggest Real Estates Publications.
• He is a visiting faculty at Goa College of Architecture and an avid advocate of
Green Architecture.
• A number of projects done by the firm have been featured in various Design
magazines including Society Interiors, Design Today etc.
Awards & Achievements:
Awarded scholarship by ‘Fundacao Oriente’ to visit Portugal (Sept
2000)
Won design competition to design ‘Ship-gram’ for GHRSSIDC.
