Retorsigmoideo: El abordaje suboccipital puede usarse para
tumores de cualquier tamaño con o sin deseo de preservación
de la audición.
Translabríntico: Recomendado para tumores >3cm y para
tumores más pequeños cuando no se desea preservar audición.
Fosa Media: Tumores pequeños <1.5cm cuando se desea
preservar la audición.

MANEJO
RADIOTERAPIA:
Radiocirugia estereotaxica: Una dosis alta de radiación.Opción
terapéutica en pacientes con tumores pequeños (<3cm) o en
tumores en crecimiento que no son candidatos a cirugía.
Radioterapia estereotáxica: Dosis de radiación fraccionada.
Observación: Tumores de crecimiento lento, en pacientes
seleccionados RMN control 6-12 meses.
