 Documents to carry:
For Indian nationals: Passport/Voter ID card & Driving License /Aadhaar Card (for
adults) .
(Do note that - Driving license and Aadhaar Card not accepted as valid photo identity
card) not valid for Nepal , Bhutan & Sri Lanka ,Birth certificate and school identity card
(for children)(If either of these documents are in any other local language, you are
required to get them translated in English from an authorized, Government approved
translator only).
 For foreign nationals/NRIs/persons of Indian origin:
Passport (Should be valid for 6 months from the date of return)

 Ensure carrying Print out of all Hotel, Flight, Tour & Transfer Vouchers along with Original
Valid id proofs -Passport, Voter Card .

 Indian Airport Immigration
Formalities
 Non-Resident Indian (NRI) travelers need to carry their OCI/PIO card at all times while
traveling .

 NRIs residing outside India need to get their Visa processed in their country of residence.

 If travelling to Andaman, Kerala and Sikkim,Ladakh, NRIs will need a RAP (Restricted Area
Permit).

Immigration etc.
 Hotel

 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the
hotel. The standard check-in time is 12PM local time and the standard check-out time is
10AM local time (these timings may vary from hotel to hotel). You may contact the hotel
directly for early check-in or late check-out request.

 Breakfast on the day of arrival is not included.

 Standard Room category does not guarantee any specific view.

 Gala dinners on Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine’s Day and various other festivals are
not included in the holiday package price.

You may check hotel reviews and details online for clarity on booked hotel if required
before travel
 Flight

 Please note Meal will not be pre included in the Airlines except if you book it at
additional charges. Extra Baggage allowance can be added as per your requirement at
an additional cost depending on the airlines.

 Do Check your flight schedule/timings with Airlines at least 24 hours before departure.

 During your departure from India, reach the Airport at least 2 hours prior in Domestic
flights and 3 Hours Prior in International Flights from flight departure time.

We Always recommend you to do Web Check In before your travel in order to avoid hassle at
Airport and to pick preferred seats (subject to availability)
 Tour & Transfer
 A representative with an MMT/your name placard will meet you on your arrival at the
Airport/Railway Station.

 If travelling in a group, then you may also be the first or the last person to be picked-
up/dropped during sightseeing, depending on the location of the hotel.

 The Vehicle shall be provided as per the itinerary and not at disposal. Payments for any extra
kilometer’s run apart from the itinerary will have to be made directly to the driver.

 Smoking at most public places is not permitted; else a fine may be levied. Consumption of
alcohol may be restricted on certain public holidays.

 Tour managers and guides for tours are not included, unless specified otherwise.

 Sightseeing is subject to weather, political & traffic conditions. Any sightseeing missed due to
natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable.

and if its from hotel please notify your hotel front desk that you are expecting your driver
