What is problem-centered designs curriculum?

Problem-centered curriculum designs are planned to strengthened


cultural traditions and address unmet needs of the community
and society.
What is problem-centered designs curriculum?

It concentrates on real-life problems of individuals


and society which is based on social issues.
Like,
1. some of them focus on
persistent life situations
2. others center

reconstructing society
Three Fundamental Rules

1. Dealing with persistent life situations is


crucial to a society’s successful functioning
2. Students will see the relevance of content
if it is organized around aspect of
community life
3. Having students study social or life
situation will directly involve them in
improving society.
