 Reserve Policy

Disctech policy for creating reserves for obsolesce of

▰ A study to produce a new reserve policy, since it appeared that the

product lifecycle was far shorter than 5 yrs.
▰ An intensive effort by the marketing department to sell the older
inventory as soon as possible
▰ An increase in the reserve for obsolescence from $8000,000 to $1.4
million
But senior corporate officers didn’t take this matter serious and they are
unwilling to increase the reserve by any amount.
