• Crops is the major source of this century.
→tobacco → sugar → cotton→ abaca & coffee
• There are changes when the provinces shifted to cultivation
cash crops.
-the land owner presume the farmers economy.
-the hacenderos grabbed the opportunity. It is difficult to
farmers to buy back land and increasing demand economy and
renewals of the sale.
