Magnitude Of The Problem

SERIOUSNESS OF THE PROBLEM

Opportunities for hospital accidents are due to inaccurate nursing
care documentation of 1: 200, much higher than accidents on 1: 2
million flights. With a very high number of possible accidents
making patient safety or patient safety a big concern in all WHO
hospitals (2010)
Political Concern
Law number 44 of 2009 article 52 paragraph 1 states that hospitals are required to carry out
recording and reporting of all hospital administration activities in the form of hospital
management information systems. Minister of Health Regulation No.269 / MEN
KES / PER / III / 2008 concerning medical records in article 1 paragraph 1, states that medical
records are files containing notes and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment,
actions and other services that have been given to patients

Community Concern
Some families of patients also assumed that the services provided by ward
nurses were not satisfactory, information about the patients given was unclear,
and nurses worked in a rush Nuryani (2014)

Research Limitations
1.In this study there are still many factors that have
not been controlled such as the attitude of nurses,
length of work, and appreciation from the
leadership.
2.This study uses questionnaire with specific
questions so that respondents are less flexible in
giving answers.
Conclusion
1. Implementation of supervision carried out by the head of the
room where the majority is quite as much as 51.4%
2. Complete majority of nursing care documentation is 74.3%
3. There is a relationship between the supervision of the head of
the room and the completeness of nursing care
documentation
in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital, namely p value = 0.030
(p <0.05), this indicates that the better supervision carried
out by
the head of the room the better the performance of the nurses in
documentation of nursing care.
4. The closeness of the relationship between the supervision of
the head of the room and the completeness of the nursing
care documentation in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital,
which is 0.260 means that there is a connection of living but
small value.
