 The Evolution X1 Satellite Router is optimized for use in large networks with
small inbound channels such as SCADA, point-of-sale and ATM.
 The X1 features DVB-S2/ACM, TDMA, basic routing and VLAN functionality
at a cost-effective price point.

 Overview: Compact and cost-effective, the Evolution X1 Satellite Router
features DVB-S2 and Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) on the
outbound and deterministic TDMA on the return to maximize bandwidth
efficiency. The X1 also has a web-based iSite for ease of remote
commissioning.

X3-I-Direct Modem
 The iDirect X3 satellite router features a highly efficient implementation of
the DVB-S2 standard. With Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) on the
outbound carrier and patented, deterministic TDMA or SCPC Return
channel, this modem maximizes efficiency of satellite capacity to enable
new opportunities for star topology networking.
 The Evolution series is ideally suited for broadband requirements such as
Internet and VPN access to enterprise networks, as well as real-time VoIP

 

and videoconferencing.

remote’s capabilities allowing operators to customize Evolution 3 series to meet technical

applications and user needs, including corporate network extension, point of sale, SCADA,

– The Evolution X7 remote is the first of iDirect’s next-generation family of remotes. Built on
an entirely new multi-core hardware system, the X7 is optimized to deliver best-in-class
DVB-S2/ACM and A-TDMA throughput performance. The X7 also features SCPC on the
return and an 8-port embedded switch for managing multiple user groups. The rack-
mountable remote comes with multiple choices of embedded power supply units and dual
DVB-S2 demodulators with fully independent RF chains. This makes it uniquely suited for a
range of enterprise voice and data services while simultaneously receiving multicast
channels over the same or a second transponder or satellite – even combining spot-beam
HTS capacity and Ku- and C-Band capacity.
