INSTALLATION
Storage of panels
Store panels flat on a surface in order to avoid 'bowing'. If panels are stored in an upright position
and do bow, lay them flat and they will self-correct.

General Installation Guidelines for Ceiling

PVC panels are installed using construction adhesive (applicable for PVC) and screws. To minimize
the effect of expansion and contraction, panels are installed as tightly as possible .
The ceiling must be sound, dry and in good condition.
Make sure to spread the adhesive in a serpentine pattern. Use enough adhesive so that the entire
surface of the cut edge at each end is covered.

Tools required
1. Pneumatic nail gun
2. Galvanized finish nails or screws
3. Construction adhesive
4. Electronic Stud Finder
5. Caulking gun
6. White caulk
7. Any wood cutting saw: circular saw, hacksaw, jig saw, band saw, etc.
8. Sandpaper or sanding block

WEATHER BASED INSTALLATION –

Hot and Cold Weather Installation

If panels have been stored under hot conditions, allow panels to cool down to normal temperature
before installation.

Recommended Adhesive
Industrial Strength Adhesive or similar construction adhesive (rated for use on PVC).

Mechanical Fastening
Use either exterior or interior screws, or nails as appropriate for ceiling panel installation

CONS -
- is like plastic and tends to deform due to low melting point.
- cannot be placed near halogen or incandescent lamp.

- Ensure that PVC Ceilings are not exposed to direct sunlight. There are no UV stabilizers in the
product and exposure to direct sunlight will alter the color over time.

INSTALLATION

Aluminum alloy frame

1.Install the basic materials (usually use a 3mm
thick Plywood, wooden board or Magnesium
board) by nail.
2.Nailing all the aluminum accessories.
3.Cut the UV panel to suitable size and repair
the wound to be smooth by sandpaper.
4.Fitting your UV panel and clean your room.

Silicon installation
1.1. Install the basic materials (usually use a 3mm thick Plywood, wooden board or Magnesium board)
by nail.
2.Cut the UV panel to suitable size and repair the wound to be smooth by Sandpaper.
3.Chamfering of edge to be 45 degree angle. According to the practical requirements, you can choose
chamfering two sides, threes edges or even four round.
4.Clean the back side of UV panel by sandpaper or duster cloth; make sure that the back side is 100%
clean.
5.Apply the Silicone onto the back side of UV panel, sticking UV panel to the wall, hold on for a while
and knock the panel slightly by one hand. Make sure that the panel and wall are matted then you can
move on.
6.Filing the filler to the 45 degree angle connecting position of two panels to seal the connection.
7.Clean the wall and your room..
UV decorative panel can be directly paste on the wall by silicone if your base wall is smooth.
CONS
- Joints are visible while installation due to restricted sheet size availability
- Cannot be reinstalled or reused at different locations
- Less preferred over PVC ceilings
- Beading available in silver and golden color only. Preferable for aesthetic purpose on pillars (in
banquets)
