phosphorous doped (N type) silicon
on top of a thicker layer of boron
doped (P- type) silicon.
• An electric field is created near the
top surface of the cell where these
two materials are in contact (the P-
N junction).
• When sun light strikes the surface
of PV cell, this electrical field results
in a flow of current when the cell is
connected to an electrical load.

Our Experience
100 KW ground mounted solar plant for a
Hatchery in Hisar, Haryana commissioned in
2017

Envisaged annual saving of more than 10

lacs as the existing DG is being
synchronized with Solar plant, hence the
consumption of diesel is reduced.

The generation report is matching with the

estimate.

Canadian Solar has channel partnered with Energia Verde Associates for setting up
Solar power plant in Haryana and provide consumers for power in Open Access
mode.

Haryana Govt. on 24/7/2018 has issued policy for Renewable Energy wherein all the
charges have been waived off i.e. wheeling charges, transmission charges and cross-
subsidy charges in open access mode. The consumer can get an additional benefit of
1.5 per unit.
