MOVEMENT 1: BUILDING-UP QI ENERGY
To sit on an armless chair and rest both arms on

the respective arms.
Slowly swing your arms as if you are gathering

Qi/Prana/breath with each swing.
Complete one round for a count of 30, for a total of

60 counts.
MOVEMENT 2: BUILDING-UP QI ENERGY
Standing posture with feet shoulder width apart.
Those with weak legs can apply the sitting position

instead of standing.
Rotate arms from side to side for 30 counts a side,

for a total of 60 counts.
With the completion of this you are completing

rapid built-up of Qi for use in disinfecting.
A word about the Human-Laser generated by the palms:
• This is no magic but a function of the higher brain,

functions of humans.
• It should not be pooh-poohed.
• I teach some of the higher esoteric classes.
• Instead of training a few months, I can induce the

generation of energy to heal within days for anybody.
• We must have faith in our powers such as generating

powers to heal and predicting events .
• The most important is to predict our health through

knowledge of ancient and ancient/futuristic features and
protect/preserve it.

MOVEMENT 3: GENERATING QI ENERGY ON EYES
Standing/sitting posture with feet shoulder width apart.
Form each hand into the shape of a house/cannon and CLOSE YOUR EYES.
Keep eyes closed for duration of therapy.

For target/patient:
