Communication  Daily check-ins (9am) / check-outs (5pm) in the calendar


and coordination – All the team participating
– Quick updates to take decisions to unblock initiatives
– Follow-up PS for deep-dives
 1-on-1 check points every 3-4 hours
 Tools:
– Slack for direct communication 24/7
– Zoom for daily check-ins, internal PS and client meetings to share screen and see each other
– Trello to overview to-do’s and coordinate among ourselves

Mood  Separate work and home spaces by establishing a routine schedule


– Daily check-ins to start the day
– “Coordinated” lunch time
– Switch-off time + extra activities (e.g., sport)
 Regular feedback via Zoom to maintain personal contact
