compressor, for that reason GRACO is working on
programs that keeps every compressor in good
operational standards.
GRACO offers different programs that fits at

customers requirements, this programs cover from
a simple walk around check to a complete remote
monitoring system.
In this way, GRACO offers maintenance services

of 4th gen, center on predictive maintenance as
the principal axis to bring high quality services to
our customers

GRACO Health Check 2020
GRACO Health Check is a basic check of the

compressor with a walk around process performed
by a professional technician certified by IR.
The objective of this process is identify the

opportunity areas on the compressor that affect the
efficiency, like the use of non OEM spare parts,
instrumentation installed on the compressor,
upgrade options available to the compressor model.
Also the technician take the historical data from the

controller* in order to detect attention areas on the
compressor operation. This data is taken once for
the health check report.
Little changes on the compressor makes a huge

difference in the efficiency and energetical cost.

GRACO Health Care Basic 2020
GRACO Health Care is a basic monitoring program, that

requires a program visits form a certified technician. This
visits can be quarterly or biannual.
In each visit the technician takes de data form the

controller and send to our facilities to make a trend report
from the 6 principal operational parameter, with the study
of this parameters we can establish preventive
maintenance actions to keep the compressor in good
operational conditions.
Also include a FFT scan and oil sample take to check the
oil condition. This test no require that the compressor
stop and give important information about the mechanical
components and the oil that can avoid a critical failure on
the compressor.
The data taken from the compressor are historical data,

the actual condition of the compressor can be change
suddenly between technician visits.

Graconnect 2020
Gracconect is a basic remote monitoring

program.
This program include the benefits of the

health care basic, plus the email alerts.
This alerts are triggered when an alert
record is activated on the compressor. With
this alerts we can builds a more accurate
trend chart form the parameters that have
operational issues. Also with this alerts we
cant take immediate actions to keep the
compressor working properly.
This system is not invasive to the

compressor facilities, not require a LAN
connection due the system works through
4G cellular signal*.

GRACO Health Care Premium 2020
GRACO Health Care Premium is a full remote monitoring

program, a difference from a SCADA system, Health Care
Premium needs less components, is cheaper and bring
you real time information form the compressor.
GRACO Health Care premium no needs expensive PLC's

and HMI's, don't need additional installation that the data
logger and the 4G router, this makes our system reliable,
cheap and no invasive to the compressor facilities.
With the information collected from the compressor in real

time, we can build accurate chart form in order to view the
trend on each parameter and take preventive actions
before they turn in a critical problem.
Graco send a weekly or biweekly report about the

condition of the compressor, if exist an abnormal condition
we gonna give a close follow up.
