1. Draw network diagram, and highlight its critical path(s).
2. In a single table include critical activities, non-critical activities, Slack of non-critical activities,
ES/EF and LS/LF dates.
3. Draw Gantt charts for ES/EF and for LS/LF schedule. Both can also be in a single chart.
4. Draw Graphs/Tables of weekly requirement of both resources over the entire duration of the
project for ES/EF schedule.
5. Smoothen any one resource without delaying the project. Include Graphs/Tables of weekly
requirement of both resources for this schedule.

Project Title- Introduce New Digital Motorized Mobile Surgery C-arms into the Market
Briefly about the project: Introduction of a new era smart Mobile Surgery C-arm system. This
product will be completely motorized with advanced Artificial Intelligence imaging capability.
The project is named as “Kurukshetra” and the name will be utilized for all internal
documentation and communication. The product name will be finalized in Marketing reviews.

Kurukshetra is a strategic project of Gandhaar Ltd (fake name). Kurukshetra marks the
introduction of a New Product with advanced AI technologies in Interventional X-ray and
Imaging field. This new product introduction is considered as Oysters project in Gandhaar Ltd
portfolio and involves technological breakthroughs which is aimed to build a strong presence in
the market in Interventional Surgery Medical Devices.

Project sponsor of Kurukshetra is the Research & Development Director of Gandhaar Ltd. The
project is wholly financed internally.

Non-financial model was used to select this project. Based on Market survey, significant positive
feedback has been received on the Prototype. Customer Survey reveals an average rating of 4
out of 5 on the existing Medical Devices of Gandhaar Ltd, but the major customer enhancement
request is of digitization and automation. Considering these, Kurukshetra project is expected to
have good Market share.
